Occupational medical care is regulated, for example, by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz), the Occupational Safety Act (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz), DGUV Regulation 2, Ordinance on Occupational Medical Prevention (ArbmedVV).
