    German legislation obliges every employer to ensure occupational medical care in their company.

    Occupational medical care is regulated, for example, by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz), the Occupational Safety Act (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz), DGUV Regulation 2Ordinance on Occupational Medical Prevention (ArbmedVV).

    • Occupational medical examination according to the Infection Protection Act (IfSG)
    • Occupational medical examination for night and shift work
    • Examination according to the Driving License Regulation (FEV), e.g., trucks, passenger transport
    • Pre-employment and fitness-for-duty examinations
    • Consultation and examination according to the Maternity Protection Act (Mutterschutzgesetz)
